Nah, deprived is the least of my current state. I just got back from a shopping spree at KLCC with my cousin. And she bought a lot of make up. And very persuasive at that. I fear for my wallet T-T.
Anyway, have you heard of the brand Benefit at Parkson? It's really good. Pricey, but good. Price is a good indicator of quality.
Daddyo admitted himself in hospital last Thursday due to some stomach pain (turned out to be high blood pressure again). I was woken up at 5:30 am to accompany him to the medical center in Bangsar, after just two hours of sleep and could only go back home at about 9 am. Sighs. Anyway, he checked out the next day and immediately took a flight home.
In the mean time, I slept over at my cousin's. Was pretty last minute too. I slept on the couch for two nights. But the couch was comfy and the boldster was longer than my lover. Very nice. I felt like a traitor but it's all for the sake of comfort.
I initially followed them home to claim my souvenir. They recently came back from the U.S. you see. My cousin's husband is a diplomat.
Anyway, last night was full of drama. Her friends suddenly dropped by and started bitching intensively about her ex. She talked non stop about her ex and how a hypocritical ugly bithc just stole him despite him not loving her. I was pretty much in the company of a bunch of psycho ex-girlfriends it was amusing. Turned out last night was her ex and his fiance's wedding. Details shall fall onto to the deserving ears hehehehe.
I am still in exam season, but my next papers are on the 26th, 27th and 30th so I have the whole of next week off. Of course, I have to study and make notes. But there's plenty of stuff for other things too. I recently bought a Let's Learn Hiragana workbook. I've been wanting to learn Japanese since forever. I am already en route to joining a Japanese course at a language center at KL Plaza (In August, hopefully). My goal is to take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. I want to have a certificate to officially certify that I am proficient in Japanese you see. My goal, other than to speak is to read and write. Thus, the book. It doesn't hurt to get a head start isn't it?
I left my camera at my cousin's place so I cant upload pictures yet. Later, k?
I know this will bore you but I wanna talk a bit about my exam strategies. There are two sections. A and B. Section A is a case study and carries 40 marks. Section B is essay. Answer 3 out of 5 questions, carries 60 marks. Immediately, I went into damage reduction-profit maximization mode. I attacked the essay questions, picking out the ones I can answer fully. Then I made outlines, pouring out the content of my brains on the questions. Instantly I gained 60 marks. It usually takes more or less 45-50 minutes to do one essay question because they are that elaborate. So by the time I get to section A, I'm already in the last hour of the paper. Because section A requires reading, I do it last because it required thinking and connecting concepts. In both my papers I managed to answer 3 out of 5 questions in Section A, which means I always lose out on two questions. But that is okay.
Last semester I made the mistake of mulling over too long at Section A and not having enough time on Section B even though I know the answers. That was the mistake. You should answer what you could first. Save the hardest for last. The thing is, I wanted to answer all the questions, and I didn't want to have to go back to answer the hard question. So I spent the first two hours in Section A and ....got what I deserved.
Lesson learned.
I even prepared a notebook for all my notes, just like during SPM. I put all my notes into one book so I just have to read from that book. There's no point to study too much or too far from exams because our lecturers give precise tips. If you deviate away from the tips, you are just wasting time. 2-3 days are optimal for me. When other people say they are going away to study and you should too, they are just trying to pysche you up. Because, not that I want to brag, but I always did better than them, and I studied only like, 2 days. If not two hours. I really dont like studying. sighs.
Those people at the library for long hours are just wasting time. They just want to show off that they are studying hard. Just like during those long pointless hours of group discussions, those studies eventually go down the drain as well.
Losers. As if I will sink to your level! Same goes for the bastard doormat cangkul.
Well. I am satisfied. Tomorrow I shall spring clean! Ta'ra!

TGI Friday!
Tomorrow is Friday and I can finally take a breather! This has been a hell of a week and I branded someone a cangkul. He deserved it. After all the trouble I went through (my generousity is not cheap you know), the stupid bastard went and picked a fight with my group behind my back!
You see, I know we have a presentation this morning, but the lecturer has this tendency to postpone due dates so I came to class late because I left home late. But I wasn't that late. I was just 15 mins late. Okay maybe 30, but still. Besides, we still had one group member who hasnt been clued in on our slides so whatever it is, we need to start a bit later than everyone. Maybe last or something like that.
Anyway, SGWSS, oh let's just call her Caroline. Yes, SGWSS does have a name. So Caroline has become a sort of secretary of mine. XD Because whenever we have a group discussion (no matter how rare that is) she will always be the one to write down anything important. And whenever it comes to research, she will always write them down on paper, regardless if the source was online or from books. She likes writing it seems.
Err moving on. So to decide the order of presentation, each group drew lots. Ours was no. 6 and the cangkul's group was first. Because at that time only 4 groups were present, there were two lots left, 2 and 4. Somehow, this cangkul, has the audicity to have us go first and they will take the number 4 lot. Like, WTF! The slides were with me and I wasn't even in class yet! WTF is he trying to do!? He just said it's my fault for being late! Geez, is he trying to get us failed for not showing up with slides or is he trying to get my group to present without me? It was obvious he was not confident about going first so he decided to push it on us. And blame me at the same time. Yeah, very brave. Pick a fight with me behind my back. He has balls for brain and brain for balls. He can join my other stupid lecturer and clean my toilet.
Gosh, and I even brought along the Slam Dunk DVD he wanted to borrow. But after hearing this account from Caroline I just go WTF HE CAN GO GET HIS OWN SLAMDUNK!
Things got pretty heated where the cangkul and Caroline argued and there was no doubt she was angry. The cangkul, since he had balls for brains, prolly think this will blow over or he may even think this is funny decided to push ahead anyway. But in the end another group volunteered to present first and we succeeded with the number 4 lot. The group that came late got no.6. And the cangkul got number 2.
Gaaaahhhh if I had known earlier that he had picked a fight with Caroline and flaming me from behind I would have gone and planted my feet on his balls. Wait. Maybe not. I was wearing slippers today. eew. I would have smacked him with the newspaper harder. WHO THE FUCK does he think he is?! I've always known he was a coward and a bastard, never knew he would become a full-blown cangkul too! Someone should tell him he flails his hands around like a girl when he presents. Who does he think he is? Rachael Ray? He's not running some damn cooking show okay!
He said I always torture him. But I haven't. Yeah I am mean to him. But I am a mean person and that is what I do. But now he's gonna get it. If he doesn't know what true torture is, he will find out soon. He didn't realize that I had been lenient towards him and my abuses were innocent. But he crossed that line and he will get what due to him. Bastard. Why aren't you in the field plowing the soil!? That's what a cangkul is used for you idiot.
I am angry but it will not get in the way of my weekend. The bastard seemed to have forgotten that he is still in my group for a major presentation coming up in a couple of weeks. And he was the one who begged to be in my group. And he had caused us to be short of 0.5 marks to a perfect 10. Although our group still got highest. I will work him to death. After I'm through with him, he shall know pain.
Ta'ra.

Strictly My Observation
Despite the odds, I went and watched Stardust. And what luck too. I saw there was no more showing time today. Next I will watch Bee Movie and something else, if I have enough will to.
Anyway, I was studying SBM and just one paragraph into I was already yawning. Made worse by the thought of the cangkul lecturer who teaches the subject. I heard he received so many complaints this sem he was given a three months temination notice. Woo hoo! I hope he leaves in shame! Let justice be done.
This is the next paper, on Monday, and then I have Marketing the next day. Same subject title as the one I studied in Foundation, but 70% of the contents are more in depth. The problem with this subject is probably not the subject itself. It's fine as long as you study enough for it. No. The real problem is the lecturer who is a self-proclaim bias. He's a Bangla, hates Celcom, likes to tease (taunt) students from smaller countries , very lenient towards Bangla students and has a thing against not being able to be bias against Malay students (now that I think about it, the cangkul lecturer was also bias against us). It's as if he can't afford to be bias against us, even though in reality he's not that fond of us. Luckily for him, real Malays in the class are about...2 or 3 people, including me. The others are Sabah natives and they are obviously not Malays. And a host of foreign students.
Honestly, I would be more glad if he'd just go ahead and admit it. Bangla lecturers are one of a kind. They are proud of their race (I wonder why?). Let me give you an example.
The stats lecturer in my first sem was a Bangla. During a mid-term, he caught another Bangla student cheating (even tho it actually became 'open discussion' once he left the classroom in the middle of the test). And as that Bangla student was passing up his paper, we all witnessed him scolding the student and refusing to accept his paper because he cheated. So naturally, he failed.
So is it possible for someone who failed their mid-term to have an A for stats at the end of the semester but either failed, and were absent for the other subjects?
Man, was I glad not to see both teacher and student in the next semester.
I am not trying to imply them as racists, but my Econs lecturer was Bangla too and he ignored me in class a lot too. It pissed me off because I was the only one who knew the answers to his questions yet he insisted on asking those dark-skinned students first, regardless if they were Banglas or not. Geez if you ask me, looking at their 'condition' they can't afford to be racist.
I mean, I could understand if you want to be proud if you were Chinanese or Caucasian. At least those people had something they can be proud of. But Banglas!? Other than stinking up our busses and spitting on our sidewalks, what other noticable contributions can they be credited for? (Of course, general labour issues aside) And I have honestly approached this matter objectively, but as the evidences are basically splattered to my face, I would have to be completely blind to miss it!
Makes me so mad.
Once I went completely mad at this one Bangla student in our group. His English sucked and he handed me his 'interpretation' of his part of the assignment. I threw it back in his face (not literally but I wish it was) and gave him a big piece of my mind about it. He wanted to counter back but was more concerned about playing the 'nice guy' so he shut up and I ended up doing his part. I told him he'd better memorize the script I gave him or he's got another one coming the next day.
And during presentation, he froze. He was mechanical, but the worse was that he's reading.
I gave him the Death Glare™ right then and there. Didn't help of course, but I wasn't expecting him to improve anyway.
Little did I know he was the Marketing lecturer's housemate and he had whined to him how our presentation was 'funny' and stuff. The lecturer told him the presentation was unacceptable and he threw that back at us so I threw it back at him + Death Glare™ + a BIG piece of my mind + a correction of his grammar + an insult to his 'kewl' way of typing = A devastating blow to his ego.
Beware the Death Glare™. I often use it on cangkuls and towards people I'm really pissed at. It's convenient coz I don't have to say a word.
Either way, I am never associating with Banglas again. They can go the way of the lamers, who I'm afraid is studying hard this sem. But they still haven't realized their own shortcomings it seems. And until they realize what it is, they will never be better than me. Look at my pride talking again. Even if, by some strange twist of fate, they did, get better than me, in real life they will probably never go far.
Therefore, I must not lose to the lamers, the Banglas and the cangkuls. They can just drop dead and die. I'm repeating myself, I know. But better safe than sorry. These people are just wasting oxygen.
